只有開關火太耗油,燃燒也不夠穩定
僅有 ON-OFF(開關火)控制的燃燒器,每次啟停都以全火運轉,耗油且溫度波動大。Olympia 二段式風門控制器以「低火/高火」兩段調節,讓燃燒器能依需求切換火力,更省油、燃燒更穩定。
二段式風門控制的運作機制
二段式為三位置控制(低火、高火、關)。風門控制器以風門馬達帶動進氣風門,在低火與高火兩段位置間切換進氣量,並搭配電磁閥同步改變燃料量,達到 High-Low(低火-高火)控制。低火與高火的風門開度可分別以 CAM 凸輪刻度設定(例如低火開度較小、高火開度較大)。
