RO and NF System Baseline Operating Techniques
Technical explanation
Benchmark operating techniques for RO and NF reverse osmosis systems
should do
1. Regularly replace pretreatment equipment (such as activated carbon, ion exchange resin).
2. Check and record the pressure status of the reverse osmosis system every day.
3. Run the reverse osmosis system as continuously as possible and try not to shut it down frequently.
4. Make sure to adjust the water recovery efficiency of the reverse osmosis system to the recommended value.
shouldn't do
1. Allow the presence of residual chlorine in the water supply.
2. Shut down the system for a long time.
3. Close the throttle completely.
4. Run the operating system with insufficient water supply flow.
