CLACK Ozone Sterilizer (TR200) with Water Storage Tank
It utilizes the natural power of ozone to oxidize pollutants, automatically inhibit bacteria and organic matter, filter out stagnant water and odors, and provide clean water every day.
Unlike chemical treatments, it maintains automatic filtration, eliminating the need for frequent cleaning, chemical dosing, or additional maintenance. This results in low maintenance costs, saving time and being environmentally friendly. Its design allows for easy installation in new or existing systems, and its durable design ensures long-term use.
Ozone automatic disinfection process description:
Automatic ozone disinfection is typically set to activate at night when water is not in use, with a timer starting the ozone generator and circulation pump for automatic disinfection.
1. The circulating pump operates to inject ozone into the water storage tank. After about 4 to 5 hours, the ozone concentration in the water storage tank (1000L) will reach about 0.3 to 0.5 PPM.
2. Ozone in the water will kill bacteria in the water storage tank, as well as bacteria in the air inside the tank.
3. After 20 to 30 minutes, the ozone is reduced to oxygen, the dissolved oxygen in the water increases, and there are no residual substances.
Five Features:
1. Improves odor and clarity: Automatically breaks down organic compounds that cause odors, cloudiness, or unpleasant smells, such as hydrogen sulfide, resulting in cleaner water.
2. Inhibits the growth of organic matter and bacteria: Improves odor and reduces organic residue, keeping the sink clean and maintaining a high-quality water supply.
3. Extend equipment life: Maintaining system cleanliness reduces dirt buildup on equipment parts (such as pumps and UV systems), thus extending their lifespan.
4. Environmentally friendly and safe, free of chemicals: Ozone contains no chemicals and decomposes into oxygen, making it a substitute for chlorine or other chemical disinfectants.
5. Automatic disinfection, reduced maintenance: Reduced bacteria and dirt decrease the frequency of filter replacement, cleaning, and maintenance, saving time and money.
