Water tanks left stagnant for extended periods are prone to bacterial growth, odor, and turbidity.

When water in water towers and RO storage tanks remains stagnant for extended periods, bacteria and biofilm can easily grow on the tank walls and in the water, producing odors and turbidity, which can affect downstream equipment and water quality. Clack TR-200 uses ozone circulation to continuously inhibit biological growth at the water storage end.

The working mechanism of the ozone cycle

The TR-200 generates ozone through Corona discharge (CD cell) and injects it into the storage tank water through circulation, maintaining a low concentration of residual ozone. Ozone oxidizes and decomposes organic matter and bacteria, ultimately reducing them to oxygen without leaving any chemical residues.
