CLACK Sand Filters/Sand Filters (Zeolite, Quartz Sand) – Commercial, Industrial

The first level of water treatment site, filtering large impurities such as rust, sediment, suspended solids in the water, and effectively protecting household/commercial/industrial water pipelines and equipment.

Suitable for turbidity removal from incoming water. Each night, backwashing is determined based on the estimated usage for the following day, reducing unnecessary empty washes and saving water and electricity.

Clack sand filters (zeolite/quartz sand, predictive backwashing with water, DRX series)

A new option for sand filter backwashing: calculate each night to see if there's enough water for the next day before washing, avoiding wasted effort and saving both water and electricity.

Suitable for inlet water turbidity removal, it automatically backwashes only after detecting no water usage, avoiding peak water usage and not disrupting the water supply.

Clack sand filters (zeolite/quartz sand, water-based backwashing, DIR series)

A new option for sand filter backwashing: it only operates when no one is using water, avoiding peak hours and ensuring uninterrupted water supply.

Suitable for whole-house water turbidity removal in residences and villas, using zeolite/quartz sand to remove silt and suspended impurities; available in a variety of stylish designs.

Clack sand filters (zeolite/quartz sand, household use, various designs)

A new choice for home decontamination: zeolite quartz sand with automatic backwashing, easy-to-match design, and protection against mud, sand, and turbid water before it reaches the rest of the house.

Suitable for inlet turbidity removal of multiple tanks connected in parallel for simultaneous water supply, with backwash times for each tank automatically staggered to avoid pressure drop caused by simultaneous backwashing.

Clack sand filter (zeolite/quartz sand, staggered regeneration with water supply, NJMD series)

A new option for multi-tank sand filters, with automatically staggered backwash times to prevent all filters from being washed at once, ensuring stable water supply and pressure.

Suitable for influent turbidity removal where water conservation and low water consumption are prioritized, recovering approximately 971 TP13T of backwash water, and removing suspended impurities with zeolite/quartz sand.

Clack sand filters (zeolite/quartz sand, backwash water recovery, CCT series)

A new water-saving option: sand filtration. 97% of the backwash water is recovered, saving both water and water bills.

High-peak water purification for large hotels | Three water tanks supplying water simultaneously + one backup tank, dynamic water supply, uninterrupted backwashing, stable water supply even when the room is full.

Clack Sand Filter (Zeolite/Quartz Sand • 3-in-1 Standby + Dynamic Water Supply • Hotel Grade)

The first level of water treatment site, filtering large impurities such as rust, sediment, suspended solids in the water, and effectively protecting household/commercial/industrial water pipelines and equipment.

Suitable for high-peak water intake turbidity removal in hotels, guesthouses, and other multi-bathroom settings; features 2 units in use and 1 unit on standby, plus dynamic water supply and uninterrupted regeneration.

Clack Sand Filter (Zeolite/Quartz Sand • 2-in-1 Standby + Dynamic Water Supply • Hotel Grade)

A new solution for hotel sludge removal: multiple bathrooms with automatic peak-load water replenishment and uninterrupted water recycling, preventing muddy and murky water from reaching guests.

Suitable for turbidity removal of ultra-large water volumes, 2-6 tanks are integrated into one system to centrally produce extra-large water volumes.

Clack sand filters (zeolite/quartz sand, 2-6 tank integrated water production system, JMZ series)

A new choice for high-volume sand filters, with 2 to 6 tanks integrated into one set, boosting water production in one go and ensuring a continuous water supply.

Suitable for turbidity removal of large water volumes, 2-6 tanks are connected to the water supply in a fixed sequence, ensuring even wear and orderly regeneration.

Clack sand filters (zeolite/quartz sand, 2-6 tank integrated sequential water supply, JMP series)

A new option for multi-tank sand filters: 2 to 6 tanks can be used in rotation, ensuring even wear across all tanks and a stable water supply.

Suitable for large-volume water purifying applications where water supply cannot be interrupted; multiple tanks can supply water simultaneously, plus one backup tank, ensuring uninterrupted water supply during backwashing or maintenance.

Clack sand filter (zeolite/quartz sand, 2-6 tank integrated multi-purpose with one spare, JMB series)

A new choice for high-volume sand filters, with multiple tanks supplying water simultaneously and one as a backup, ensuring uninterrupted water supply even during backwashing and maintenance.

With one supply and one backup, and increased reserve capacity, the water supply is more stable and more resistant to peak demand, making it suitable for inlet turbidity removal where high water supply stability is required.

Clack sand filter (zeolite/quartz sand, 1 working, 1 standby + high backup, NJMX series)

High-efficiency sand filters offer a new choice, with one main unit and one backup, plus enhanced backup power, ensuring even peak water demand and a more stable water supply.

Suitable for commercial and medium-sized facilities where water supply cannot be interrupted, featuring dual tanks (one for use and one for standby) for continuous water supply during rotation and backwashing.

Clack sand filter (zeolite/quartz sand, 1 working tank, 1 standby tank, dual tanks for continuous water supply)

A new option for continuous water purification: dual tanks with one supply and one backup, ensuring clean water is available even during backwashing without interrupting operation.

Suitable for turbidity removal in circulating water of swimming pools, fish ponds, landscape ponds and cooling towers, using zeolite/quartz sand to intercept suspended impurities.

Clack sand filters (CMT series - for swimming pools/fish ponds)

美國 original factory, zeolite/quartz sand filter media, quick-release maintenance, bypass filtration design

Suitable for turbidity removal in circulating water of industrial cooling towers, using side-flow filtration with zeolite/quartz sand to intercept suspended impurities, eliminating the need for large-scale treatment plants.

Clack sand filters (CMT series - cooling tower bypass filters)

A new solution for removing turbidity from cooling towers: bypass sand filtration eliminates the need for major construction, trapping suspended solids and mud in one pass without clogging pipes.

Installed at the main water inlet of a residence or building, it uses quartz sand/zeolite to remove silt and suspended impurities, protecting all pipes and appliances in the house.
